The creator of The Happy Body Method, fitness and lifestyle for modern women.  I have been helping women just like you and me take control, reverse or prevent these seemingly inevitable side effects of hormonal changes since 2009.  It is my personal mission to help as many women as I can in our community feel more confident and beautiful from the inside out as we journey through the best years of our lives!  

I have created this community for the woman around the world to help them create the extraordinary life they really deserve and emerge as the fit, lean, proud and beautiful woman they truly are!.
